Role Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and analyzing client sites for areas that can be improved and optimized;
  • Preparing detailed strategy reports;
  • Identifying powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic;
  • Writing powerful calls-to-action to convert visitors;
  • Exceptional writing skills for blog content. Exemplary English grammar, communication skills, reporting skills and proficiency in G Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Filling websites and other content with effective keywords;
  • Writing effective SEO content for blogs, websites and social media accounts;
  • Developing link building strategies;
  • Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors;
  • Keeping updated on both white hat and black hat SEO strategies to avoid/stay within search engine guidelines;

Role Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to create a social media strategy that collaborates with marketing, PR and advertising campaigns, research top influencers, competitors, and trends in clients’ industries;
  • Monitor paid social media platform trends, capabilities, performance metrics, guidelines, and best practices and ensure they are integrated into campaign planning and execution;
  • Create paid and organic content (ideation, creative development, and copywriting);
  • Compiling reports for management showing results of paid & organic and boosted social media efforts;
  • Create engaging and professional visuals that reflect client and their brand (customize social media pages, develop supporting offline collateral, create original content, etc.);
  • Continue to refine and define our social marketing process;
  • Monitoring social media accounts and responding to questions and comments;

Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience gained in a marketing or social media planning role within an agency or a previous corporate social media role;
  • Strong hands-on expertise using Facebook Ad Manager, Google Marketing Platform (Google Ads, Data Studio, Optimize);
  • Strong hands-on experience using AdRoll, HeyOrca, Sprout Social and similar;
  • Extensive knowledge in managing paid, owned and earned social media/digital campaigns across different channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms;
  • Experience with one of the following email marketing platforms: MailChimp and/or Constant Contact;
  • Exceptional writing skills for social content. Exemplary English grammar, communication skills, reporting skills and proficiency in G Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Passionate about social media advertising and the digital landscape; taking the initiative to keep on top of the latest updates and trends;
  • The ability to manage multiple projects/customers at one time;
